The Scenario
An airline has two policies: 1) "No refunds on basic economy tickets." 2) "Full refunds for passengers experiencing documented medical emergencies." A customer with a basic economy ticket submits a doctor's note. If you just ask the AI "Should we refund?", it might hallucinate or pick randomly.
The Brief
Write a prompt that forces the AI to evaluate the customer's request against Policy 1, then Policy 2, identify the conflict, and apply a tie-breaking rule (which you must define in the prompt).
