The Scenario
A small real estate agency gets all inquiries at `info@agency.co.za`. They want to use Zapier to send the email to OpenAI. If it's a buyer, send a Slack message to Sales. If it's a tenant complaining about a leak, log a ticket in Trello for Maintenance. If it's spam, delete it.

Deliverables
- A bulleted list of the Zapier steps (Trigger -> AI Action -> Conditional Paths)
- The LLM Prompt that outputs the routing decision (Buyer, Maintenance, Spam)
- The exact JSON or text structure the LLM must output so Zapier's "Path" logic can parse it
Submission Guidance
Zapier relies on predictable text. If your LLM outputs "I think this is a Buyer", the Zapier filter for "Equals: Buyer" will fail. The prompt must force absolute structural rigidity.
