Draft a clear, firm, but friendly refund and exchange policy for the website.
Deliverables
- The Refund Policy (max 300 words)
- Clear conditions for return (time limits, condition of item, tags)
- The process the customer must follow
- Exceptions (what cannot be returned)
Submission Guidance
Avoid legalese ("heretofore", "indemnify"). Write in plain English so a 16-year-old can understand it. Be clear about who pays for return shipping.
