The Brief
Design and conduct a hypothetical organisational readiness assessment. Cover leadership alignment, culture, capability, infrastructure, and change history.
Deliverables
- A readiness assessment framework: 5 dimensions with 3-4 indicators each, scored on a maturity scale
- Hypothetical assessment results with honest scores and evidence for each indicator
- A readiness heatmap: which departments are ready, which are at risk, and which are blockers
- A pre-launch remediation plan for the 3 lowest-scoring areas
