The Brief
Conduct a skills gap analysis. Identify the required skills, assess the current team against them, and propose a training plan.
Deliverables
- A skills matrix: Required Skill × Team Member with current proficiency (1-5) for at least 8 skills
- A gap summary: which skills have the largest gaps and which team members need the most development
- A training plan: recommended training for each gap with timeline and estimated cost/effort
