Analyse gaps between a current CRM and a proposed replacement.

The Scenario

A property management company uses a 10-year-old CRM that lacks mobile access, automated workflows, and tenant self-service. They are evaluating a modern cloud CRM. The CEO wants to know: "What can the new system do that ours cannot, and what will we lose?"

The Brief

Conduct a system gap analysis comparing the current CRM to the proposed replacement. Cover features, data, processes, and integration points.

Deliverables

  • A feature comparison matrix: Feature × Current System × Proposed System × Gap/Overlap (at least 15 features)
  • A data migration risk assessment: which data maps cleanly, which needs transformation, which will be lost
  • A process impact analysis: which business processes change, which stay the same, and which break
