The Brief
Conduct a system gap analysis comparing the current CRM to the proposed replacement. Cover features, data, processes, and integration points.
Deliverables
- A feature comparison matrix: Feature × Current System × Proposed System × Gap/Overlap (at least 15 features)
- A data migration risk assessment: which data maps cleanly, which needs transformation, which will be lost
- A process impact analysis: which business processes change, which stay the same, and which break
