A company is building a new customer portal. The CEO wants it live in 6 weeks. The compliance officer insists on full POPIA consent flows. Marketing wants personalised dashboards. IT says the legacy API cannot support real-time data. All four stakeholders believe their requirement is non-negotiable.
The Brief
Document all four stakeholder positions, identify the conflicts, and produce a prioritised requirements set using MoSCoW. Write a one-page stakeholder alignment memo.
Deliverables
- A conflict matrix showing which requirements conflict and why
- A MoSCoW-prioritised requirements list with justification for each classification
- A stakeholder alignment memo (max 300 words) proposing the recommended path forward
