Five usability test sessions have been completed for a food delivery app's checkout flow. You have the session summaries. The product team wants a clear report of what to fix, in what order.
The Brief
Invent 5 plausible session summaries. Analyse them for patterns, assign severity ratings, and produce a prioritised recommendations report.
Deliverables
- Five fictional session summaries (3-5 bullet points each) with mix of successes and failures
- A pattern analysis: which issues were observed across multiple participants
- A severity rating for each issue (Critical, Major, Minor) with justification
- A prioritised fix list with the top 3 recommendations and expected impact

An issue observed by 1 out of 5 participants may be an outlier. An issue observed by 4 out of 5 is a pattern. Show how frequency affects your severity rating.
