The Brief
Design a quarterly research programme. Cover recruitment, method selection per question type, tooling, research repository, and how findings get to engineers who do not attend sessions.
Deliverables
- A quarterly research calendar with research type (discovery, evaluative, continuous) mapped to product milestones
- A method-selection guide: which research method for which question type (table format)
- A participant recruitment strategy: panel management, incentives, screening criteria, and diversity requirements
- A knowledge management plan: how findings are stored, tagged, and surfaced to the team
