End-to-End UX Audit with Recommendations Deck

Produce a stakeholder-ready audit with annotated screenshots and severity ratings.

The Scenario

You have been hired as a UX consultant to audit a South African banking app's "apply for a credit card" flow. The product owner wants a structured report she can present to the executive team to justify a redesign budget.

The Brief

Conduct a full UX audit of a multi-step application flow (invent the screens). Produce annotated wireframes showing each issue, assign severity ratings, and build a prioritised recommendations deck.

Deliverables

  • A flow map showing all screens in the application flow with decision points
  • At least 8 UX issues with severity ratings (Critical, Major, Minor, Cosmetic) and annotated descriptions
  • A prioritised recommendations table: Issue, Severity, Effort (S/M/L), Impact (S/M/L), Priority Rank
  • An executive summary (max 150 words) that a non-designer executive would understand and act on

Submission Guidance

Severity is not the same as priority. A critical usability issue on a rarely used screen may be lower priority than a minor issue on the main conversion path. Show this thinking.
