A new South African online investment platform is entering a crowded market. Competitors include EasyEquities, Satrix, Allan Gray, Old Mutual, FNB Shares, and Franc. The founder needs to understand the competitive landscape and find a positioning that is not already taken.
The Brief
Create a 2×2 competitive positioning map. Choose the two axes that best differentiate the market. Plot all 6 competitors and identify the white space where the new platform should position itself.

- Your chosen axes (e.g., "Simple ↔ Complex" and "Low Cost ↔ Premium") with a justification for why these two dimensions matter most
- A positioning map description showing where each competitor sits and why
- The identified white space and a positioning recommendation for the new platform
