The Scenario
An e-commerce site generates R8M/month in revenue. The CRO team has brainstormed 10 test ideas but cannot decide what to test first. They need a prioritisation framework and detailed experiment plans.
The Brief
Invent 10 plausible CRO test ideas. Score each using the ICE framework (Impact, Confidence, Ease). Then design the top 3 experiments in detail with hypothesis, control, variant, sample size, and success criteria.
Deliverables
- A table of 10 test ideas scored by ICE (1-10 each) with a total score and priority rank
- For each of the top 3: the hypothesis, what changes in the variant, the primary metric, and the minimum detectable effect
- The testing sequence: why you run test #1 before #2 (dependencies, traffic requirements, etc.)
Submission Guidance
ICE scoring is subjective. The value is not the exact scores but whether your reasoning is transparent and consistent.
