The Brief
Design a campaign dashboard. Define the KPIs for each channel, the overall campaign KPIs, and the layout. You do not need to build it in a tool — a detailed wireframe description is sufficient.
Deliverables
- Channel-level KPIs: 3 metrics per channel (Instagram, Google Ads, Email) with definitions
- Campaign-level KPIs: 3 aggregate metrics that show overall launch success
- A dashboard layout description showing how the information is organised for a weekly review
